STORY AND PHOTO BY KAREN BOSSICK

An igloo will complete the Christmas tree lighting scene in Ketchum this year.

The City of Ketchum will turn on the holiday lights at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, at Ketchum Town Square.

Santa, who was last seen masquerading as Grand Marshall in the Wagon Days Parade, will arrive on a fire engine.

There will be free hot cocoa, hot mulled wine and cookies. And there will be an igloo designed to capture the children’s fancy.
