Got ideas for providing affordable housing?

The City of Ketchum wants to hear from you.

The City of Ketchum will hold a Community Conversation asking for ideas on protecting and stimulating the uses in the city’s light industrial districts, while providing housing that’s affordable for Ketchum workers and families

One open house seeking imput will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at Ketchum’s Limelight Hotel. The second will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. that same day.

There’s free pizza for those who take part.

“Our community’s need for housing is dire,” said Mayor Neil Bradshaw. “With help from the citizens of Ketchum, I believe we can reach a solution that preserves the needs of the light industrial area and provides the housing we desperately need.”
