Silvercreek Living in Hailey has received a silver medal from the Department of Health and Human Services of Idaho.

The medal was awarded after a two-day survey of the year-old assisted living facility’s community campus.

Owner Anita Northwood gave kudos to Silvercreek’s Administrator Reagan McLaughlin and her diligence.

“And the employees have worked hard in performing their duties as caregivers,” she added.

McLaughlin said more people are discussing moving loved ones into the campus as the weather improves.

“We hope the community sees this medal as confirmation that we are prepared to offer residents the kind of service that will keep them out of a nursing home and active longer,” she added.
