The three newest films in The Reel Rock Film series, will be shown at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Wood River Community YMCA.

The free screening will feature:

  • “The High Road,” which shows Nina Williams testing herself on some of the highest, most difficult boulder problems ever climbed.
  • “United States of Joe’s” follows climbers colliding with a conservative coal mining community of Orangeville, Utah, with surprising results.
  • “The Nose Speed Record” follows climbing legends Tommy Caldwell and Alex Honnold as they battle Yosemite dirtbags Jim Reynolds and Brad Gobright in a high stakes speed climbing race for greatness.

There also will be a sneak preview of the breathtaking scenery in the upcoming feature film “Lhotse.”
